The Balthouse Apartments in Jurmala exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect, just steps away from the vibrant Jomas street and close to the beach. The apartments are spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the washing machine and multiple bathrooms. The private parking lot was a bonus for our family trip. I must mention Sergey, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Sergey's genuine kindness and positivity made our experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend Balthouse Apartments for a wonderful stay in Jurmala. I had an excellent experience and would definitely return.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in Jurmala and had a truly wonderful experience. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is situated on a very quiet street but still just a short walk away from the beach. It was so convenient to have the main restaurant and shopping street just around the corner.

Ideal location, close to beach, restaurants, and shopping street. New building, no mold. Well-equipped, spacious apartment with one bedroom and two toilets. Helpful and friendly owner.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, with big windows that allowed us to appreciate the beautiful surroundings. The food in nearby restaurants was mouthwatering, and we also enjoyed relaxing walks along the beach. Plus, it was a great deal getting bathrobes available to use.

The apartment was a little out of date, lacking several amenities we wished we had, such as a dishwashing and washing machine. It was also quite chilly during the beginning of November since the heating was off.

It's such a great location! Right in the middle of everything , only steps away from the main pedestrian road with all the shops and restaurants, and only a short walk to the beautiful sea. the rooms are really spacious and well, designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the hosts are so helpful and accommodating, always available to answer questions or provide assistance. Plus, it's a great price for such high, quality accommodation.

There was a bit of confusion about our check, in time. We didn't realize we needed to call ahead to arrange a specific arrival time, so we had to wait a little while before we could get into our room.

The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities and very spacious. It was located in a convenient area near restaurants and the beach. the host was welcoming and attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed the private parking lot which was available.

The apartment lacked some basic kitchen items such as serving dishes and silverware. the apartment felt a bit outdated and lacked a dishwasher and a washing machine.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The hotel was very clean and modern. It had all the necessary facilities such as air conditioning, elevator, and parking. The hotel was located very close to the main pedestrian road and just a short walk away from both Jomas street and the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and were available at any time to assist with any problems or questions.
